I briefly used the Redmine project management app and having the wiki feature (plus the extensibility of plug-ins) allowed us to morph the app into exactly what we needed. Wikis in general foster a much more collaborative environment (once people get over the initial fear of editing everything). Creating project specific content directly in your PM tool with a wiki makes it easier to maintain and search. Plus, you don&#039;t lose information in people&#039;s inboxes and My Documents directories. ;-)</description>
